A tiny helper that
learns how you work.

Peek-A-Bot lives on your Dock. It sets up your day, catches what slips, and keeps you company while you work, whatever your work is. Private on your Mac, and private in the cloud when you need more.

  • Runs on your Mac
  • Encrypted Private Cloud when you need more
  • Learns from your last six months

The problem

Your work lives everywhere. Your attention lives in one place.

Messages, tasks, meetings, project files and client feedback all arrive in different apps. Before any real work starts, you spend the first part of every day finding where you left off, what changed overnight, and who is waiting on you.

Cloud assistants could help, but most of them see everything you send them, and for many companies that rules them out. Peek-A-Bot reads it all on your Mac, and when it needs more power, its Private Cloud is built so no one can see what it processes.

What it does

Faster, better, and a lot more fun.

Whatever your job is, Peek-A-Bot takes the busywork off your plate, keeps the important things in front of you, and makes the day feel a little lighter. Privately, from start to finish.

Faster

Your day, set up in one click.

Tell it what you’re working on, or let it read today’s task. It opens the right apps with the right files and puts the latest feedback next to them, before you’ve finished your coffee.

  • No more hunting through folders and threads
  • The newest version, every time
  • A four-line brief: deadline, who’s waiting, what changed

Better

Nothing slips through.

It notices the question nobody answered, the numbers that no longer match, and the thing you promised on Tuesday. Then it tells you once, at a good moment.

  • Catches unanswered asks and stale files
  • Remembers what you promised, and to whom
  • One nudge, never a pile of notifications

More fun

Genuinely good company.

People learn to ignore notifications. They notice a friend. Peek-A-Bot waves good morning, stretches with you, naps when you’re away and celebrates when something ships.

  • Nudges that feel like a tap on the shoulder
  • Breaks and water at the right moments
  • Hand-animated, so it never feels robotic

Learns you

It learns how you work.

Connect your mail, chat, tasks, calendar and files once. Overnight it reads your last six months and writes your Me file: who you work with, what you’re working on, how you write and how you like things done.

  • Does things your way, not a generic way
  • Never trains a model on your data
  • You can read every line, and delete it

Understands you

It speaks your shorthand.

Because it knows your work, you can talk the way you think. “Get the Brightwater deck ready” is enough: it knows which deck, which numbers belong in it and who’s waiting for it.

  • No need to spell out file names or paths
  • Drafts replies in your own tone
  • Asks before it changes anything

Private

Private wherever it runs.

It runs on your Mac by default. When you want more power, or your Mac can’t run a model, Private Cloud takes the job: encrypted before it leaves, processed in sealed hardware, and erased when it’s done.

  • Works offline on your Mac
  • Private Cloud keeps nothing, and can’t be looked into
  • You choose what goes, task by task

A day with Peek-A-Bot

It speaks up only when it’s worth it.

A few good nudges a day, never twenty. Scroll through an ordinary Tuesday.

Morning! Three meetings today, and the Brightwater proposal is due Friday. Dana left two comments on it last night. Set up your workspace?

  1. 9:02 AMFaster

    Morning brief

Before you’ve opened a single app, it has read what changed overnight and lined up the day.

“Morning! Three meetings today, and the Brightwater proposal is due Friday. Dana left two comments on it last night. Set up your workspace?”

  2. 9:04 AMFaster

    Set up my workspace

One click opens every app with the right file, the way you would have done it. You start working instead of searching.

“Done. Your latest draft, last quarter’s numbers and Dana’s comments are open side by side.”

  3. 11:20 AMBetter

    A reply, in your voice

It noticed the question you didn’t, and wrote two lines the way you write to Leo. Send it, change it, or ignore it.

“Leo from Brightwater asked about the timeline two hours ago. I drafted a reply in your usual tone. Take a look?”

  4. 1:05 PMHealthier

    A real lunch break

It knows your calendar, so it knows when a break is real, and it keeps watch while you’re away.

“You’ve got a clear hour. Go eat! I’ll keep an eye on your inbox.”

  5. 2:40 PMHealthier

    Water, then back to it

Gentle, rare, and timed to your rhythm rather than a timer.

    “Three hours heads-down. Water?”

  6. 3:30 PMBetter

    Something doesn’t add up

It knows which files belong together, so it catches the mismatch before anyone else does.

“Heads up: slide 6 says 18% growth, but the updated spreadsheet says 16%. Want me to fix the slide?”

  7. 4:10 PMMore power

    A bigger job

Big jobs can go to Private Cloud, task by task and only if you say so: sealed, encrypted servers that keep nothing. Everything else stays on your Mac.

“Summarising all 40 pages of Brightwater’s contracts would take this Mac a while. Send it to your Private Cloud? It’s encrypted, and erased the moment it’s done.”

  8. 5:30 PMFaster

    Wrapped up

It wraps up the way you always do: same folder, same file names, same note to the team.

“Proposal sent, notes filed, and tomorrow’s agenda is drafted. Nice work today!”

  9. After 6 PMCalm

    Quiet hours

Then it goes to sleep. Everything today happened on your Mac, apart from one encrypted job that no one else could read.

“I’ll stay quiet until tomorrow. Zzz…”

The signature move

“Set up my workspace.”

Give it today’s task, or let it read it from your calendar, inbox or task list. It finds everything related, opens the right apps with the right files, and gives you a four-line brief. Whatever you do for a living.

From your task list

Spring launch email goes out Thursday. Final review with Jo at 3 pm.

  • spring launch

  • Jo reviews

Set up my workspace One click, or just ask.

  • DocSpring_Launch_Email_v3 the latest draft
  • DesignSpring_Hero_Banner the version Jo approved
  • SheetCampaign_Tracker send list and dates
  • EmailThread with the agency yesterday’s comments

Your brief

  1. Goes out Thursday at 9 am; review with Jo at 3 pm today.
  2. Legal left two notes on the disclaimer.
  3. The send list grew by 1,200 since the last campaign.
  4. The agency is waiting on the final subject line.

Examples only. Names, files and projects are made up.

How it learns

It doesn’t guess how you work. It learns.

The model never trains on your data. Instead it reads your history once and writes a private profile that it checks every time it acts. A model with a good profile of you beats a huge model that knows nothing about you.
  1. 1

    Connect

Mail, Teams or Slack, Wrike or Jira, your calendar and your project folders. Exports work too, so you don’t need IT to approve an integration first.

  2. 2

    Learn overnight

It reads about six months of history, once, and writes your Me file: people, projects, open promises, your voice, your rhythm.

  3. 3

    Act

Nudges, drafts and workspace setup, each done the way you did it last time, because the Me file is part of every decision.

  4. 4

    Earn trust

It starts by showing and asking. It only does more on its own after you’ve said yes to the same thing a few times.

Your Me file

People
Dana (manager): you reply within the hour. Leo (client): formal, and you always copy his assistant.
Voice

Rhythm

Files
Proposals live in /Clients/<name>, versioned v1, v2…, and go out as PDF.

“Here’s what I learned about you.”

The first thing you see after the overnight run is the Me file itself. It’s the privacy promise made visible: all of this exists only on your disk, you can read every line of it, and you can delete it.

An example Me file. Names and projects are made up.

It understands you

Talk the way you talk. It knows what you mean.

Because it has read your history, it understands your shorthand: which bug is “the login bug”, who “Leo” is, and how you like to say things.

A software engineer

Pull up the login bug.

What did legal say about clause 4?

  • Marta in legal

  • supplier agreement v4

She wants the liability cap at 12 months and the notice period kept at 30 days. I’ve highlighted clause 4.

And it earns your trust, one yes at a time.

Peek-A-Bot climbs a ladder you control.

  1. 1

    Shows you From day one

Opens files, writes briefs, drafts replies. Nothing changes until you say so.

  2. 2

Asks first For anything that changes things

Moving files, saving a new version, sending a note: “Here’s what I’d do. Go?”

  3. 3

Just does it Only after a few yeses

Once you’ve approved the same pattern a few times, it can do it on its own. You can always take that back.

Private by design

Private on your Mac.
Private in the cloud, too.

Peek-A-Bot knows a lot about you, so it was built to keep it that way. It runs on your Mac by default. When you want more power, or your Mac can’t run a local model, Private Cloud takes over without giving anything away.

Every plan

On your Mac

The default. Your Mac’s own chip does the work.

  • Your mail, chats and files are read where they already are
  • Your Me file lives on your disk: read it, delete it
  • Works offline, and answers instantly
  • No per-request bill, so it can keep an eye on things all day

Pro

Private Cloud

More power, the same privacy. For big jobs, deeper workflows, or a Mac that can’t run a model.

  • Bigger models for long documents and multi-step work
  • Encrypted end to end, processed in sealed hardware
  • Nothing is stored, logged or trained on
  • You choose: always local, ask me, or automatic for big jobs
  • Encrypted on your Mac first

Locked before it leaves, to keys only our sealed servers hold.

  • Processed in sealed hardware

No admin access, no debugging, no way in. Not even for us.

  • Nothing is kept

Used once to answer you, then erased. Never stored, never trained on.

  • Your Mac checks before it talks

Servers prove which software they run, or your Mac sends nothing.

  • Not tied to you

An independent relay hides who sent it.

  • Only what the task needs

Your Me file stays home. Only the pieces a job needs go.

What is Peek-A-Bot?

A small hand-drawn robot on a spring that lives above your Dock. It learns how you work from your own history, then sets up your day, tells you what matters, drafts replies in your voice and keeps you company. It runs on your Mac, with an encrypted Private Cloud for when you want more power.

Can I use it today?

Peek-A-Bot is in early access. The companion and its moves already run on the Mac; learning, the assistant features and Private Cloud reach early-access desks first. Join early access.

How does it learn about me?

You connect your sources once: mail, chat, your task tool, your calendar and the folders you work in. Overnight it reads about six months of history and writes your Me file: the people you work with, your projects, open promises, your writing voice, your rhythm, and how you name and share files.

Does anything leave my Mac?

Not unless you choose Private Cloud. By default your mail, chats, files and Me file are read and stored on your Mac, and there’s no Peek-A-Bot server holding them. How we handle your data.

What is Private Cloud?

More power when you want it: bigger models for heavy jobs, and a way to run Peek-A-Bot on Macs that can’t run a local model. It’s built so no one can see your data: requests are encrypted on your Mac, processed in sealed hardware with no admin access, erased the moment they’re answered, and not linked to who sent them. How Private Cloud works.
